Betty Caldwell and Stressless Tests™
When asked what the spark was for developing the program, Betty replies, “I read a report about the growing problem of test anxiety as our country has elevated the results of standardized testing in our educational system. Knowing that about fifty percent of all students have an inborn learning style that may downgrade their performance on tests, I felt drawn to contribute to the field.”
Betty elaborates in more detail about the goals of the Stressless Tests™ program:
“The goal is to help students, their parents and teachers,
Identify their dominant, brain-determined, learning style
Discover how their learning style affects test taking, focusing, subject-matter challenges, procrastination, organization, and more
Learn proven techniques and strategies to enhance learning style, engage more of their brain’s capabilities, build confidence, and improve performance
Incorporate new concrete behavior and skills into their everyday work, taking action to boost their academic standing”
Betty credits the success of Stressless Tests™ to the fact “that parents, teachers, administrators, and students are often baffled by the paradox of students who do well in class, but don’t perform well on tests. They are hungry for answers, and for a program that has been demonstrated to make a difference.”

As the success of her Stressless Tests™ program has grown, Betty has continued to explore new marketing efforts. She has taken her web marketing efforts to the next level.
“I have been happily surprised by the new level of success generated by an upgraded web presence. Incorporating an on-site Paypal payment system in particular has been a very popular addition with clients.”
“Leslye James of reflection:digital (see Leslye’s latest article under “Ask Leslye” on this site: http://tinyurl.com/6qzwfv or visit www.reflectiondigital.com) is a great resource for expanding my web presence, both for the design and the maintenance of the revised site. She has a way of providing elegant solutions to what seem like complicated issues. She has also implemented an electronic registration process that works well for clients and that has cut down my hands-on administrative work by 75 percent.”
Betty points out the importance of keeping an open mind to the relationship of marketing and new business opportunities. “The better I learn to perfect my message about my work and how it benefits participants, the more my business grows in ways I would never have anticipated. Others always see new applications that enrich my business. For example, by request, I have recently incorporated services as diverse as intensive exam consultations for adult learners and professional development workshops for math teachers.”

David,
I just read ALL of Betty Caldwell’s article. She is into something BIG. I want to talk to you about getting some of her material that would be appropriate for Jay.
