Susanne Stahley has worked nearly fifteen years as an Emmy-winning producer, writer and director in the Baltimore/DC area.  She currently is a staff producer with Maryland Public Television in the Content Enterprises Division.

Before joining the staff at MPT, Susanne wrote and produced specials and segments as an independent for the popular MPT series, Outdoors Maryland and Artworks this Week.  Susanne has also produced documentary specials for WETA-TV.

Susanne has extensive experience producing corporate, association, education and government projects, including live studio-based videoconferences, docudramas and other long-form programming.

Prior to settling in this area, Susanne worked in Los Angeles as staff writer and associate producer at KCET-TV and Adrian Malone Productions on a variety of science, cultural and dramatic projects.

Susanne earned her Masters Degree in English Literature as a Teaching Fellow at Indiana University in Bloomington. She is completing work on her first novel, Sirocco.
